Session 1

Beyond Dashboards: Turning Data into Decisions and Action Part 1

October 15, 2026

Strong leaders don't just analyze data– they act on it. This session will explore how to turn data into coherent stories, present the insights that matter most, and create clear pathways from data to action.  At the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Present data in a way that is easy to understand and makes sense to various audiences

• Draw clear paths from the data presented to actions that should be taken

• Plan continuous narratives that show how improvement is sustained

Session 2

Beyond Dashboards: Turning Data into Decisions and Action Part 2

December 10, 2026

This session will help you create and workshop your own data-driven presentation based on the principles from Part 1.  We will, as a cohort, create a framework for each data narrative, plan visuals that tell this story effectively, and develop a clear plan for future work related to your specific presentation. At the end of this session, you will develop a data-driven presentation or other communication(s) that you can immediately use in your practice.  

Session 3

Setting Up and Implementing a Data-Based MTSS System

February 4, 2027

Strong MTSS is built on data-based decision making.  But MTSS won’t succeed without organized teams and a clear plan for how teams will meet, establish roles, and set rhythms of data collection, analysis, and action planning.  This session will help you plan the foundation of your MTSS teams and develop a framework that uses data to identify student needs, select interventions, monitor progress, and support continuous improvement.  At the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Set MTSS teams, members, and purposes

• Establish a framework for data-based decision making in all teams

• Plan for using screening, intervention, and progress monitoring data throughout your teams’ work

Session 4

Leveraging Student Experiences– Turning Student Perspectives and Voices Into Action

April 8, 2027

Student voices are one of the most powerful– and under-leveraged– pieces of data in education.  All of our work is for the sake of students, yet too often we lack data on their perceptions and lived experiences.  This session will give you the plan and tools to incorporate systematic data collection of student  feedback and turn those voices into action.  At the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Plan for collecting qualitative and quantitative data from student voices

• Analyze student voice data to provide powerful insight

• Communicate student voiced experiences to drive change

Session 5

Implementation!  Answering the Question, “But Is It Really Happening?”  

May 20, 2027

Leadership teams, PLCs, department and grade level meetings, and other collaborative efforts all have something in common– plans almost always emerge about what we will do to improve student learning in our classrooms.  But are we sure that what we planned is actually happening across our schools?  This session will discuss improving implementation with fidelity through effective data practices.  At the end of this session, you will be able to: 

• Identify and communicate key Tier I practices for implementation

• Establish a framework for measuring implementation fidelity

• Combining progress monitoring data with implementation data to have a true picture of classroom practice effectiveness

All sessions will require 48 hours notice is a registered attendee will not be attending.   

Districts will be billed for their registered attendees unless prior notice of cancellation within 48 hours of the session.
