What is "data confidence"?  

"Data confidence" means possessing a working knowledge of where data comes from, how to get it, and how to use it to bring about improvement and change in your schools!

Why the Data Leadership Academy?

Educators, even those with advanced degrees, are under-served when it comes to really using data to effect change and improvement in their positions leading schools.  The DLA's mission is to provide a professional learning space for educators to develop their data confidence and grow their leadership ability through mastering data-centered leadership.

Our foremost goal is to provide data leadership training with no fluff-- DLA workshops are designed to be direct, meaningful, and useful.  We address concepts and issues head-on and give our participants real, meaningful tools and examples that they can use to lead in their districts the same day that they learn them.
